Do you have a physical store?
No, we currently operate exclusively online.
With our 14-day return policy, you can order, try on, and decide at your convenience.
What is your delivery time?
Our standard delivery time is 2-4 days, unless otherwise stated on the product page.
How do I return or exchange an item?
As long as the seal remains intact and the item isn’t custom-made, returns are easy. Head to the "Returns & Exchanges" section under "Help" at the bottom of our site, enter your details, and we’ll send you a return label.
Do you ship overseas?
Yes, we ship all over the world. Shipping costs will apply, and will be added at checkout. We run discounts and promotions all year, so stay tuned for exclusive deals.
How long will it take to get my orders?
It depends on where you are. Orders processed here will take 5-7 business days to arrive. Overseas deliveries can take anywhere from 7-16 days. Delivery details will be provided in your confirmation email.
